Having worked as a human rights lawyer and a legal advisor for reputable solicitors firms, I realised many people are struggling to afford access to legal services, due to the legal aid cuts. Furthermore, the global pandemic has had a detrimental impact on many people’s lives as well. Therefore, with over 18 years of legal experience, I restructured and fully set up Aklima Bibi – Law & Consultancy Services Ltd (Aklima Bibi LCS Ltd), in order to provide quality affordable professional services. Aklima Bibi (LCS Ltd) is an entrepreneurial business & paralegal law firm, providing a range of professional services to a wide range of clients. Under my management as a Legal Consulting Director, we specialise in combined accessible and affordable business and legal services for individuals as well as for organisations under one roof.

We are members of the Institute of Paralegals (IoP), Reg. No: 208003. We also hold Practising Certificate with the Professional Paralegal Register (PPR) Legal Area:Family Law, Will Writing, Employment Law at Tier 4. https://ppr.org.uk/item/i208003/  We are however, not solicitors or regulated by the SRA. We are legally trained and educated to perform legal tasks and can do virtually everything that a solicitor can do except activities that are referred to as: ‘Reserved Activities’.

We are easily accessible, approachable, and affordable where we believe in our client’s care to be paramount. We already have many loyal and diverse clients from across the UK and abroad. This success is as a result of our great service which we give our clients, no matter how small or how big, whether they are an individual or an organisation.

We are also committed to data protection and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, ICO Registration No. ZA321650. For our client’s peace of mind, our paralegal work is fully insured and operating under the governance of the PPR and the Code of Conduct of the IoP.
